Wow, it has been a long time since blogging, never good at it then, looks like the same quality, maybe worse now. Choose the simple format, ok the photo won’t go sideways on the phone. You can’t do it in the comfort of your kitchen, how will this work on the road 3500 miles away. Thus part of the title “What in the world are we doing”. That is just the blog part. How many people buy a motorhome site unseen on Craigslist and fly to Bar Harbor Maine to pick it up?????? The Crazy Fitzmaurice’s that is who. From John’s perspective, we don’t have to drive 7,000 miles to see Acadia National Park. If you have chosen to come along, bless your heart! I will try to keep the blogs brief. It seems so outdated, surely just facebook would suffice. One benefit in our defense, when your trip is complete you have a nice journal and proof of what you saw and did. When the arguments start about your journey pull out the $60 hardcover book you had printed and say “I told you so”. Oh, the picture, yeah there she is 2015 Jayco Greyhawk, all ours😬. ReplyDeleteAnd here are we planning on doing it the slow way -- we're driving there to pick up our trailer and camp our way back. I'm sure you'll have some campground tips for us so I'll be watching your adventures. This should be a great adventure.
